Toro Merit Badge Day
March 14

The Toro Company is putting on its amazing merit badge day once again. Scouts can sign up for a morning (AM) class and an afternoon (PM) class, or take a full-day session. Anyone signing up for a morning class or a full day session gets a sandwich lunch for free.
Doors open at 8:00 am and opening ceremony starts at 8:45 am. Afternoon check-in is from 12:30 pm to 12:45 pm. Event ends at 3:30 pm.
Lunches are available for parents, siblings, and half-day PM participants for $5 plus taxes and fees through the registration website.
Wear your field uniform (Class A), bring a signed blue card with the merit badge handbook, and come prepared for each merit badge. Prerequisites will be listed for that merit badge or emailed by the instructor to the Scout in advance. Failure at being prepared means Scouts will only receive partial credit and will need to finish the merit badge at a later date.
Please park in the main parking lot on Lyndale Ave, just south of American Blvd, and then enter by the main doors next to the flag poles. Parents that choose to stay are welcome to wait in a designated room but are not allowed to sit in rooms with their Scouts during merit badge classes. Vending machines and bathrooms are available. Attendees are asked to not wander through the building.
