There will be a confirmation email when you register, however, we do these all by hand so this may take up to a week/ week and a half later. In the email, there will be more information about check-in and parking on campus.

Parents and Scout leaders will be able to wait in Nicholson Hall room 35 while the merit badges are going on, or they may sit in on the merit badge sessions.
Full day classes:
Either pick one full day class or up to two half day classes. When signing up for merit badge classes, also sign up for a general admission ticket and what sandwich the Scout (and parents) would like. Other instructions are given on the signup page. Lunch is a 6-inch sub, bag of chips, and a cookie from Subway and bottled water. Contact axsmerit@gmail.com if you have dietary restrictions. If an adult leader or a parent also wants lunch, please fill out a lunch donation for $6.50 and make sure to mark down the sandwich that's desired. Parents and leaders can take Scouts out to lunch instead, but must be back within the 45 minute lunch period.
